My son is 8 years old. Can his asthma get better with age?
As children grow, their airways expand thus, some children may be able to outgrow their asthma with age or if the immune trigger present earlier is not present anymore. However, in some cases, symptoms may disappear and resurface after a few years. Therefore, one should not stop the medicines unless told by the doctor.
