Tuffies - The origin story

The Tuffies were created to generate much-needed awareness about asthma in children and to loosen the grip that asthma has on our little ones and their dreams. By helping children and their parents understand about the disease and different ways to manage it, the Tuffies are here to unleash the full potential of all children.

    Meet the team

    Vicky is an 8-year-old with a wild imagination and a passion for detective novels! He lives in Vilaspur and dreams of being the world’s best detective, just like his favourite detective - Jasoos Talash. He has a keen eye for detail and is inquisitive by nature. But there’s just one hitch – his asthma can sometimes get in his way. Whenever he’s tired and stressed or worried about getting an attack, it gets hard for him to focus on solving cases. Luckily, with the help of his buddies and Mr. Puffy, he knows how to stay ‘tuff’ and get back on track!

  • Mini

    Meet the team

    Meet Mini, Vicky’s awesome and fearless 5-year-old sister! Sharp, quick-witted and eager, she is always up to help her brother solve mysteries. Her intelligence, confidence and keen observation skills make her an asset to their detective team. Even though she’s young, Mini has a bold spirit and inspires Vicky to be fearless and strong. Together, they are unstoppable as they take on the toughest of cases and go on thrilling adventures.

  • Gullu

    Meet the team

    Gullu is Vicky’s big, strong, and sometimes clumsy friend. He is a constant companion to Vicky and Mini on their mystery solving adventures. Sometimes his clumsiness can get the team into trouble, but he always redeems himself with his strength. Fiercely loyal and supportive, Gullu always has the team’s back!

  • Mr. Puffy

    Meet the team

    Even the best of detectives needs a mentor, a guide on their journey. Introducing Mr. Puffy, Vicky's magical companion. This pocket-sized powerhouse is always by Vicky's side, ready to give him a boost of confidence, sound advice, or point him in the right direction when he needs it the most. With his unwavering support and never-say-never attitude, Mr. Puffy plays an important role in Vicky's journey to becoming the world's greatest detective. With Mr. Puffy on his team, there’s no stopping Vicky from living a Dhantadan life.
