When do you meet a doctor?

Feeling breathless after a run, workout routine or hike is normal. In fact, being breathless after any strenuous physical activity is completely okay. However, if you find yourself experiencing breathlessness in any of the following circumstances, it’s time to consult your doctor to identify the problem and manage your condition:

  • You feel breathless earlier than usual after a physical activity.

  • You experience breathlessness even when you’re doing a non-strenuous activity.

  • You start feeling breathless for no reason.
